| New Holland Ambulance Association would like to thank Meadow Creek BBQ for taking part in the free education we provide to our local community. Wednesday December 28th the employee's spent the morning at our station learning the life saving skills of CPR and First Aid. Not only does this provide them with trained personnel at their work place, but it is also a benefit that they can carry with them where ever they go.
Meadow Creek BBQ is located at 221 Jalyn Drive, New Holland. They have been outfitting folks with all their outdoor cooking needs since 1980. You can find them on the web at www.meadowcreekbarbecue.com.
If you are a business within our area, please call us and learn how you as an employer can provide this added benefit to your workplace, and to your employees.
For every minute of cardiac arrest, a persons chances of recovery decreases by 10% without CPR. You can learn to bridge the gap between notifying 911 and the EMS departments arrival sometimes increasing survival chances by up to 50%. You can make a difference, and the first step is learning CPR. You never know when you might need to use the CPR skills you learn for someone you know or even one of your loved ones. |
