One of the 2025 goals for New Holland Ambulance is to create a comprehensive history of the organization to celebrate our 80th year of service to the community. In order to do that we need your help!

If you are willing to share any stories, history and photos of the organization's past we would welcome any information available. Many members of the public have volunteered or been involved in some way with NHAA and sometimes the most meaningful moments come from those in the community who have firsthand knowledge of the organization.

Newspaper clippings from the NH Clarion (dating 1944-1950) have been collected, but online archives from 1950-2020 seem to be fairly limited. Any newspaper articles from that time period would be greatly appreciated!

There are several ways we hope to collect information. Any digital videos, pictures and stories can be sent to history@newhollandambulance.com . Physical copies of documents and photos can be dropped off at our main station in New Holland during normal business hours (8:00 AM- 5:00 PM) or left in our mailbox to the right of the main entrance outside of business hours. If you would like documents to be returned to you, please include your name, number and address with the files as well as a note indicating that you would like them back.

Please contact 717-354-6945 extension 1 or the above email with any questions you may have about this project. Note that there may be some delay in returning voicemails as the business manager is not in office every day of the week.

Thank you for your assistance with this project and the support you show to NHAA on a daily basis!
